Volunteer Opportunities

The Banff World Television Festival (BANFF) is the world's foremost television content creation event. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, this unique gathering brings together over a thousand television professionals from dozens of countries in a conference setting at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. In addition to recognizing industry excellence through the Banff World Television Awards, the festival features provocative sessions and informative master classes, and provides a global platform for networking, discussion and debate of current industry issues. It also enables budding writers and creators to pitch fresh ideas to busy and typically inaccessible - senior producers and network executives through one-on-one meetings and discount rookie rates for first time attendees.

A not-for-profit organization, the Banff World Television Festival is owned by the Banff Television Festival Foundation, which has a mandate to recognize, develop, celebrate and encourage excellence in television programming within Canada and around the world. As a beneficial catalyst for growth and prosperity in Canada's television industry, BANFF could not happen without our invaluable team of volunteers!

We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic people to fill the following volunteer roles:

Volunteers have access to select BANFF Sessions, receive a BANFF delegate bag, t-shirt, and invitations to a local Wrap Up Party, complete with appetizers, drinks and draw prizes.
