REGISTRATION - TRAVEL TO AND FROM BANFF
Located in one of Canada 's most spectacular national parks, Banff
is 130 km or 80 miles from the Calgary International Airport, a
hub for worldwide connections. Transportation to and from Banff
is easy. Travel time by car from the airport to Banff is about 1
hour and 45 minutes. To get into the Park by car, you 'll need to
purchase a pass at the Park gate. Rates are $5 a day per person,
or $10 a day for a car with two or more people.
For those who prefer to leave the driving to others, we provide
an exclusive hourly shuttle transportation service for delegates
(see below). Complete details will be included
with your registration confirmation.

Shuttle - Free Ride to and from Banff

The Festival is pleased to announce it will provide a COMPLIMENTARY
shuttle service for all our delegates. We do not require reservations
for these transfers. On Saturday June 9th and Sunday June 10th,
our buses will be leaving the Airport every hour, on the hour. The
first transfer will be at 11am, the last one at 10pm.
On arrival at the Airport, please proceed to our Hospitality Desk
located on the arrivals level, in front of the baggage carousel,
where our staff will give you all necessary directions.

aux participants du Festival. Aucune reservation ne sera necessaire
pour vos transferts. Le samedi 9 juin et dimanche 10 juin, nos autobus
quitteront l'Aéroport à chaque heure. Le premier transfert
se fera à 11h, le dernier à 22h.
A votre arrivée, rendez-vous à notre Bureau d'accueil
situé au niveau des arrivées de l'aérogare,
en face du carrousel des bagages. Notre personnel se fera un plaisir
de vous donner toutes les informations nécessaires.

On Friday June 15th and Saturday June 16th, buses will start to
pick-up at the Banff Springs Hotel at 7:30am, 9:30am, 12:30am, 2:30pm,
5:30pm. All buses will start at the Banff Springs Hotel and then
proceed to the Banff Park Lodge before leaving for the Airport.
Delegates will have to meet at one of the two hotels mentioned above.
***Travel time between Banff and the Airport is approximately 2
hours***
