REGISTRATION - RATES & POLICIES
Full Week Registrations
The Early Bird Rate: $975 (CDN) / $650 (US)
Register before April 1st, 2001 and receive a 35% discount on the
Full Rate. This all-inclusive registration gives delegates access
to all seminars, screening facilities, the Delegates Lounge and a
personal mailbox. It includes a daily continental breakfast and one
ticket to all social events (value $570). This specially discounted
registration is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, with no exceptions.
The Spring Rate: $1,200 (CDN) / $800 (US)
Register before May 1st, 2001 and receive a discount of nearly 20%
on the Full Rate. Same all-inclusive package as the Early Bird Rate,
including one ticket to all social events (value $570). This discounted
registration is NON-REFUNDABLE but is TRANSFERABLE until May 21 only
(subject to a $60 handling fee for transfer requests received in writing
by May 21).
The Full Rate: $1,500 (CDN) / $1,000 (US)
Available up until the Festival and is REFUNDABLE until May 21 only
(subject to a $150 handling fee for written notification received
by May 21)or TRANSFERABLE until May 21, (subject to a $60 handling
fee for written notification received by May 21). Same all-inclusive
package as the Early Bird and the Spring Rate including one ticket
to all social events (value $570).
The Spouse Rate (non-industry): $450 (CDN) / $300 (US)
A limited number are available. If you have purchased a Full Week
Festival Registration (Early Bird, Spring or Full), you have the opportunity
to purchase a Full Week Festival Registration for your spouse, companion
or immediate family member provided they are not an active member
of the television industry as determined by Festival organizers. Their
registration badge will indicate they are a non-industry guest. This
registration includes one ticket to every social event (worth $570
CDN / $380 US). These registrations are REFUNDABLE until May 21 only
(subject to a $60 handling fee for written notification received by
May 21). Contact us for details.
Daily Registrations
The Discounted Daily Rate: $360 (CDN) / $240 (US)
Register before May 1st, 2001 and receive a 20%discount on the Full
Daily Rate. This specially discounted registration is NON-REFUNDABLE
and NON-TRANSFERABLE, with no exceptions. This registration gives
delegates daily access to all seminars, screening facilities, the
Delegates Lounge, a personal mailbox as well as a daily continental
breakfast. Up to two social tickets may be purchased separately at
the advance price for the day for which you are registered (or if
on Monday to both Sunday and Monday social events), subject to availability.
Social tickets are refundable until May 21.
The Full Daily Rate: $450 (CDN) / $300 (US)
This registration is available prior to and including Festival week
and is REFUNDABLE until May 21 only (subject to a $30 per day handling
charge)and TRANSFERABLE until May 21 (subject to a $15 handling charge).
Up to two social tickets may be purchased separately at the advance
price for the day for which you are registered (or if on Monday to
both Sunday and Monday social events), subject to availability. Social
tickets are refundable until May 21.
The Hourly Rate: $75 (CDN) / $50 (US) per hour
Available on-site only. Certain conditions apply. Please contact us

Payment, Confirmations, Cancellations, Changes, Refunds
Please send only one registration form per delegate to avoid duplicate
processing. Your registration form will NOT be processed until payment
is received. Registration confirmations will be sent by e-mail or
by fax. Please inform us of any cancellation or changes to registration
by fax or e-mail and for refunds (where applicable), allow four to
six weeks for processing.
Pre-registered Delegate Badges and On-Site Registration
Pre-registered delegates may pick up their badges and on-site (new)
registrants may register and obtain badges at the registration desk
located on the ground floor of the Convention Centre (across from
the Fairmont Banff Springs main building) during these times:
