Put on your jeans and cowboy hat, kick up your heels and get ready
to eat and dance Western style! Buses leave the Fairmont Banff Springs
Convention Centre for the barbecue site starting at 6:15pm until
7:00pm. Buses start return trips to the hotel at 9:30pm. Private
cars are not allowed to drive to the site. The last bus leaves the
barbecue site at 1:00 a.m.
Dress: Casual / western wear (cowboy hats provided)
One ticket to each social event is included with Full
Week Festival Registration (value $570). If you have purchased
a Full Week Festival Registration, you may also purchase one additional
ticket to each social event at the advance price, subject to availability.
Refunds for purchased social tickets require notification in writing
by May 21, no refunds on-site. Your delegate badge and social ticket
will be required for access to the social events.
